Customer Pick-Up/Drop-Off is available during business hours in the George Town/Seven Mile Beach areas.

ANDY'S Car Rental Cayman Island can bring you from your hotel to our office to collect your vehicle, and also bring you back to your hotel or to the Airport upon return of the vehicle.

Due to Government Regulation, Grand Cayman Rent-A-Car Agencies cannot do pick-ups at any time when luggage/baggage is present. We cannot pickup customers from the airport arrivals terminal

ANDY'S Cayman Islands car hire AIRPORT LOCATION is located directly across from the Airport Arrivals Terminal, about a 90-second walking distance from the Terminal doors. ANDY'S SEVEN MILE BEACH LOCATION is located across from the Marriot Hotel, on the Seven Mile Beach Road (West Bay Road).

You won't go wrong with Andy's Grand Cayman Island car rental! Our rates can't be beat!

Unfortunately, Government Regulation in the Cayman Islands prohibits rent-a-car agencies from:

1) Customer pick-ups from the Airport Terminal
2) Customer pick-ups from the Hotels/Condos when luggage/baggage is present.
 

ANDYS AIRPORT LOCATION is located directly across from the Airport Arrivals Terminal, about a 90-second walking distance from the Terminal doors.

Our Airport Office hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm seven days a week. For customers staying on 7Mile Beach and George Town areas who arrive after our airport office has closed, take a taxi to your hotel and we will credit the taxi fare to your rental contract (minimum 3-day rentals). Simply give us a call the following morning and we will pick you up and take you to our nearest rental location. You must provide the taxi fare receipt to the customer service agent at our front counter.

Unfortunately we do not offer taxi fare credit for customers staying outside the Seven Mile Beach/George Town areas, who arrive after hours. Our Airport Office hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm seven days a week. Our East End office, located across from The Reef Resort and The Morritt's Tortuga Resort, is open from 8:00am to 2:00pm seven days a week.

  • FULL COVERAGE (price varies by vehicle class) - Available to drivers aged 26 and over. Covers damages to ANDY'S vehicle during the course of the rental contract. This Option also covers 3rd-Party vehicle/property damages up to $300,000 and 3rd-Party bodily injury up to $6,000,000 per accident. (see NOTE below).
  • DEDUCTIBLE COVERAGE (price varies by vehicle class) - Available to drivers aged 21 and over. Covers damages to ANDY'S vehicle, with a $2,400.00 deductible. In the case of damages to ANDY'S vehicle, hirer is required to pay up to a total of $2,400.00. This Option also covers 3rd-Party vehicle/property damages up to $300,000 and 3rd-Party bodily injury up to $6,000,000 per accident. (see NOTE below).
  • THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY COVERAGE (price varies by Vehicle Class) - Available to drivers 21 and over. This Option covers 3rd-Party vehicle/property damages up to $300,000 and 3rd-Party bodily injury up to $6,000,000 per accident. Hirer is responsible for ALL damages to ANDY'S vehicle. (see NOTE below)

NOTE: ANDY'S Loss Damage Waiver Policies are valid during the normal course of driving and will be deemed VOID if renter or any additional driver is using the vehicle in violation of any Laws of the Cayman Islands or fails to adhere to Terms and Conditions of ANDY'S RENTAL AGREEMENT. Damages caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorised drivers and isolated "ACTS OF GOD"(falling coconuts, etc) are NOT covered by any of ANDY'S Loss Damage Waiver Policies**

We encourage customers to call their Credit Card company to find out about their specific coverage and of any vehicle type/geographic location restrictions their coverage might have.

When declining ANDY'S Coverage, the Hirer is responsible for all damages to ANDY'S vehicle and any Third-Party vehicle. We provide all the documents necessary to file the claim with your Credit Card company.

RE: American Express: Jeep Wranglers & 9-passenger Vans: American Express has stipulated that customers must call the number on the back of their card to confirm their coverage.

RE: Discover Cards: effective February 28, 2018, Discover Cards are no longer providing damage coverage for car rentals world-wide. When using a Discover Card for your rental, customer must accept either ANDY's Full Coverage or Deductible Coverage

Due to Credit Card Companies recent policy change whereby many of their Credit Cards no longer offer damage coverage for 9-passenger vehicles: Customers renting our Large Vans may only decline coverage if they provide us a written confirmation from their Credit Card Company which states they are covered for car rental vehicle damages to 9-passenger vehicles in The Cayman Islands. Customers who do not provide written confirmation of Credit Card Coverage have the option to purchase one of ANDYS Coverage offerings: Full Coverage (Coverage F) or Deductible Coverage (Coverage E).

Vehicle Environmental Recovery Fee

This Mandatory Fee was added by a majority vote of The Cayman Islands Rental Association in August 2002. As of August 8, 2008, Andys Rent-A-Car has begun to charge this fee to customers.

GPS Devices are offered for $12.95 per day.
